Identify your model: Use the manual for the exact scooter and variant. Agaru, Alturo, ES210/Circular and ES One 10 have different assembly and controls. The seated Augment 360 has separate setup instructions.
Unpack and inspect: Keep suitable packaging for a possible return. Avoid sharp tools near the scooter, cables and battery. Check for shipping damage and missing parts before assembly. Do not use a damaged battery or ride with damaged structural parts.
Assemble using the correct guide: Follow the model’s stem, folding lock and handlebar instructions. For Agaru, connect and route the head wiring carefully and use the six specified headset screws; do not pinch wiring or substitute an ES210 handlebar assembly. Do not invent a tightening torque or force a blocked folding mechanism.
Check stability and controls: Before riding, confirm that the steering, handlebar and folding lock are secure, the throttle returns freely, brakes work, and lights/reflectors are in place. Do not ride if anything is loose, damaged or unreliable.
Tyres and charging: Use the tyre pressure specified for your exact model; a sidewall maximum is not automatically the normal operating recommendation. Charge with the approved matching charger, in a dry area and within the manual’s temperatures and connection sequence. Do not charge overnight or unattended.
Connect and unlock: Follow the supported app or NFC/Bluetooth guide for the model. Use your existing account, connect through the app when applicable and keep the scooter stationary while changing settings. Do not bypass a legal speed limit.
First ride: Wear appropriate protective equipment and comply with local rules for the exact vehicle class. Choose a safe, permitted, level area, start slowly and check controlled braking. If a fault appears or the scooter behaves unexpectedly, stop and contact support with the model and issue.
