Augment uses a flexible subscription model that lets you customize your plan based on your needs and budget. This system is available for all scooter models, although prices vary by model.
Minimum Contract Length & Upfront Payment
When choosing a subscription, you select:
a minimum contract length
an upfront payment amount
It usually goes like this:
→ A higher upfront payment lowers your monthly fee.
→ A lower upfront payment results in a higher monthly fee.
This allows you to balance initial cost and monthly expenses in a way that suits you best.
Note: This does not apply to our upcoming 360 model.
Optional Add-ons
You can enhance your subscription with optional services. These are added to your monthly fee.
Purchase Option (Buy-out)
You can add a purchase option to your subscription for an additional monthly fee.
The purchase price at the end of contract period is dependent on the currently active catalog prices.

Theft Coverage
You can add theft coverage for an additional monthly fee. This service offers faster handling in theft situations and provides a replacement scooter when conditions are met. Deductibles apply, and a minimum contract period is required.
