What happens after your contract period?

Renewing your subscription

At the end of your minimum contract period, your subscription automatically continues on a monthly basis unless you take action. Monthly billing will continue under the existing terms.

Before the contract transitions, you’ll be notified and can choose how you want to proceed.

To purchase your scooter (if you have the purchase addon) or start a fixed service agreement, contact our support team.

Your Options After the Minimum Contract Period

You can choose one of the following options:

Continue monthly
Your subscription continues with monthly billing. All services remain active.

Buy out the scooter
You may request a buy-out for a fixed fee if your subscription includes the purchase addon.

After purchasing the scooter:

  • the subscription service ends

  • maintenance, repairs, and spare parts are no longer included

  • all services become chargeable unless you choose a separate service agreement

Buy-out Options

The buy-out price varies by contract and region.

  • In some regions, a fixed buy-out price is available after the minimum contract period

  • Some plans include an optional purchase add-on

    • Example: a small monthly fee (e.g. €4.95/month) allows you to buy the scooter for €1 at the end of the contract

Always check your contract for exact terms.

Start a fixed-term service agreement after buy-out
After buying the scooter, you can add a service agreement to keep maintenance coverage:

  • 6-month service agreement: €17.95/month

  • 12-month service agreement: €12.95/month

The service agreement includes the same benefits as your original subscription, such as repairs, spare parts, and replacement equipment when needed.

This option is recommended, as scooters include wear parts (such as tires and batteries) that can be costly to replace without service coverage.

Upgrading scooter model

If you’d like to upgrade your scooter, you can submit a request through your account or contact support. Availability, pricing, and contract adjustments may apply depending on the model selected.
