Eligibility: Upgrades are not available before 12 completed subscription months. Alturo customers can upgrade without an upgrade fee from 12 completed months. Other models can upgrade from 12 to under 18 completed months for the country-specific fee below, and without an upgrade fee from 18 completed months. These eligibility rules also apply to upgrades to Augment 360.
Upgrade fee: For models other than Alturo, from 12 to under 18 months the fee is EUR 125 in EUR markets, CHF 125 in Switzerland, DKK 930 in Denmark or SEK 1,250 in Sweden. It is separate from the new plan’s upfront and recurring payments.
Upgrade discount: Use UPAGXTEN for 10% off the new subscription’s upfront and recurring payments. This applies to every eligible upgrade, including paid early upgrades, for the full upgraded subscription and after its minimum term. It does not reduce the separate upgrade fee. You do not need to wait until 24 months to receive the eligible upgrade discount.
New agreement: An upgrade starts a new subscription and the minimum term shown for the selected plan. It does not continue the old contract on a different vehicle. Check the current offer for your contract country and resolve outstanding payments before ordering.
Choose and order: Select an available model and plan on your country’s Augment website, then apply the eligible discount at checkout. Support can confirm eligibility and current options if needed. Do not use an old stock forecast as confirmation of availability.
Return label: After placing the new order, contact support through chat, explain that it is an upgrade and request the correct label or collection arrangement for the old vehicle. Transport arrangements differ by vehicle and country.
Delivery and packaging: Follow the current estimate and tracking for your actual order. An order or label does not prove dispatch or delivery. Keep suitable packaging for the old scooter’s return.
Return deadline: The upgrade process requires return of the old scooter within one week after receiving the new scooter. Follow the actual return instructions and keep the carrier handover receipt. Ask support promptly if a missing label or other problem prevents return. Late return can lead to agreement-specific charges or delayed termination; do not calculate a charge without the applicable terms and dates.
Close the old subscription: Send the return confirmation to support and request closure of the old subscription. Carrier handover, warehouse receipt and cancellation confirmation are separate events. The team checks the return and confirms the effective end date; ordering a new scooter does not by itself cancel every existing subscription.
More than one subscription: Identify the exact old vehicle and agreement being replaced. Your other subscriptions should be handled separately.
