Delivery Timeframe for Replacement Scooters

When you request a replacement scooter from augment.eco, the delivery timeframe and tracking process are as follows:

Standard Delivery Timeframe

Replacement scooters are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order is dispatched. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. In some cases, delivery may take 2 to 4 business days or 5 to 10 business days, depending on factors such as location and courier service availability. During the summer peak season (June to September), there may be more delays. Therefore, always return your old scooter as quickly as possible to avoid delays in our supply chain.

Tracking Information

Once your replacement scooter has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. This allows you to monitor the shipment's progress through the courier's tracking system. The email will also include the name of the carrier for your convenience.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • International Deliveries: For example, deliveries to Denmark typically take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed in the morning are often shipped the same day.

  • Reconditioned Units: Replacement scooters are refurbished and typically shipped without a battery, charger, or handles. You will need to reuse these components from your current scooter.

  • Theft or Deductible Cases: If the replacement is due to theft or requires a deductible payment, the delivery process begins after the necessary steps are completed.
