What theft protection means: Augment theft protection is a separate contractual service where offered. It is not the same as maintenance, warranty or legally required third-party liability insurance. Check the named vehicle, country, plan and terms accepted for that order.
Before relying on cover: Confirm that cover was active before the incident and which items and events it covers. Check the applicable locking conditions, waiting period, reporting deadline and any minimum term. A six-month term or a 24-hour app-lock condition from one offer must not be applied to every model or contract.
Claims and excess: Report the theft and provide the available police evidence. Support assesses the actual agreement, incident and missing information before confirming eligibility and an itemised excess. Do not treat a generic euro or Swedish-krona example as the amount owed, or assume that ownership alone proves an existing service has ended.
Replacement: An approved replacement may be refurbished where the agreement provides for it. Approval, acceptance of any charge, payment and dispatch are separate stages. Payment does not itself prove that stock is available or that a parcel has been shipped.
Changing or ending protection: Check the actual renewal and cancellation conditions and any applicable rights. Neither mid-term cancellation nor a refund of a disputed charge should be automatically promised or refused without reviewing the agreement and facts.
Augment 360: Do not apply stand-up scooter theft fees, app-lock conditions or insurance claims to the seated 360. Confirm any available protection separately. Its local NFC/Bluetooth lock is not confirmed internet remote immobilisation or GPS tracking.
Already stolen: Follow the theft reporting steps and contact support in the same conversation.
