Sharing Access to Your E-Scooter

You can share access to your e-scooter with another user directly through the Augment app. This allows someone else to use the scooter with full control, while you keep your own access.

How to Share Access

  1. Open the Augment app and log in.​
    ​

  2. Go to Settings.
    ​

  3. Select Sharing options.

4. A QR code will appear on the screen.

5. Ask the other user to scan the QR code with their Augment app
– or tap Share via link to send an access link instead.

Once the QR code or link is used, access is granted immediately.

What Shared Access Means

  • The other user gets full control of the scooter (unlocking, locking, and riding).
    ​

  • The shared user cannot re-share access to someone else.
    ​

  • You will retain your own access at all times.

Managing or Revoking Access

You can revoke shared access at any time:

  • Open the Augment app.

  • Go to Settings → Sharing options.

  • Remove the shared user.
