Check your plan: Coverage depends on the exact model, country, agreement version and services selected. Read the agreement supplied with your order or the matching dated version under Service Contracts on your country’s Augment website. A current marketing page does not automatically describe an older agreement.
Stand-up scooter service: An eligible rental or All-inclusive repair plan can cover faults and wear such as tyres, brakes and battery under its service conditions. The team assesses the actual issue and confirms whether a part, repair or replacement is appropriate. Not every incident or accessory has the same coverage.
Owned scooters: You may own the scooter and still have an active separate maintenance plan. Ownership alone does not remove that plan or applicable warranty rights. Conversely, buying a scooter does not automatically include every service unless the offer or agreement provides it.
Existing maintenance versus a new option: An existing maintenance subscription continues according to its own minimum term and renewal/cancellation rules. This is different from choosing the All-inclusive option at the initial scooter purchase or asking for a new service agreement later.
Augment 360: The seated 360 does not automatically have the stand-up scooters’ All-inclusive repair/replacement service. Check the selected wear-parts service and exclusions in the actual 360 agreement. Do not assume a complete replacement, accident-damaged frame or workshop labour is included.
Theft and liability: Optional theft protection has its own eligibility, incident-date coverage and deductible conditions. Third-party liability insurance is a different requirement. A service plan does not by itself establish that either type of protection is active.
Ask for a review: Explain the model, fault and requested help using details already in the conversation. The team confirms coverage, any cost and the next action before a repair, shipment or reimbursement is treated as approved.
