Confirm the return type: A final return after cancellation, a warranty/service exchange and an upgrade are different processes. Ask support to confirm which agreement, scooter and accessories the return covers. Sending a scooter back does not by itself confirm cancellation or remove remaining contractual payments.
What to pack: For a final return, include the scooter and all rented accessories listed in your return instructions, including the battery and charger where applicable. For a replacement or upgrade, retain only the parts explicitly listed for the exact model and order. Do not mix instructions from different scooters.
Agaru: The battery is built into the deck and must not be removed. The scooter head is part of the return. If the approved packing instructions require detaching it, undo the six specified screws carefully and protect the cables and head in the box. Follow the actual instructions about retaining the charger, screws and Allen key; the Danish replacement process may require these to be retained.
Packaging: Use a sound, suitably sized box with cushioning so the scooter and loose parts cannot move or protrude. The replacement box can often be reused. Remove or cover old labels. If you lack safe packaging, contact support to confirm the correct box, availability and any cost before shipping. Do not send a leaking, swollen, overheated or damaged battery as an ordinary parcel.
Label and carrier: Use the approved label for the specific return. Check the delivery documents and packaging for an included label; request help if it is missing, expired or rejected. Follow the named carrier’s drop-off or collection instructions and size limits. Do not substitute another carrier or a 360 freight return with a standard parcel.
Deadline: Follow the deadline in your applicable agreement and confirmed return instructions. If dates conflict, you cannot meet the deadline or the label is unavailable, ask support to clarify or approve an extension. A general article does not approve an extension or establish a late fee.
Proof of return: Keep a carrier receipt or acceptance confirmation with the tracking number and handover date. A stamped slip is one possible form of proof, not the only one. Tracking creation, carrier acceptance and warehouse receipt are different events. If tracking or the account is wrong, support must reconcile the exact item instead of assuming it was not returned.
After inspection: Support confirms receipt, the agreed contract end date and any remaining balance or separately justified charges. Returning an old scooter for a replacement normally does not cancel the continuing subscription. Keep your cancellation confirmation and return evidence.
Replacement checklist: For an exchange, see returning the original scooter after a replacement.
Item-by-item return status: Check every required item separately. Receipt of the scooter does not establish receipt of a separately returned battery or charger. PENDING means receipt of that specific item has not been confirmed; it does not by itself prove that the customer has not dispatched it. RETURNCOMPLETED applies only to the matched item. The creation date of a return record is not automatically its dispatch date, receipt date or return deadline. If tracking and the recorded status differ, support must reconcile the particular shipment and its evidence.
