Find invoices and payment methods: Sign in to your own customer profile at augment.eco/app. Open Payment methods to manage the saved method, or the relevant order and its Invoices section to view available invoices. Labels may be translated in your language. For a Finnish account, the verified payment-method page is here.

Understand the invoice: Check the billing period, due date, status, remaining amount and currency. An upfront amount, recurring installment, service add-on, buyout or shipping charge must match the actual agreement. An invoice is not necessarily a receipt showing that payment has been completed.

Update a payment method securely: Enter payment details only in the official secure flow. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or one-time codes in chat. Updating a card does not automatically move a due date, change the contract holder, cancel a subscription or settle every existing invoice.

Payment failed or more time needed: Use the payment options actually offered for the invoice. Ask support if the control fails, payment already went through, or you need an extension. A request for a later date is subject to review and is not automatically approved.

Unexpected or duplicate charges: Distinguish pending card authorizations from captured payments. Compare references, amounts and periods, but different invoice numbers do not by themselves prove that both charges are correct. Ask support to reconcile a suspected duplicate or incorrect fee. Provide only relevant evidence, with unrelated financial details hidden.

Buyout and ownership documents: The team confirms a buyout invoice and completion under your agreement. A paid monthly rental invoice does not prove ownership or provide every document an insurer or authority may require. If you need purchase, value, ownership or vehicle-approval documentation, explain the requested document so staff can review what is appropriate.

Refunds and cancellation: A refund request, approval and issued refund are separate stages. Billing ends according to the confirmed contractual outcome, not merely because an item was posted back. The team confirms the effective date and any refund or remaining balance.
