Types of Notifications
Firmware Update Available: Prompts you to update software.
Billing & Subscription Notifications:
Keeps you informed about important account-related events, such as contract end dates, upcoming invoices, due payments, and subscription changes.
Managing Notifications
Open the app and go to Settings → Notifications.
Enable specific alerts as desired.
Keep critical notifications enabled for safety.

How updates work
The app notifies you when an update is available
Updates run when the scooter is powered on and connected to the app
Battery level must be at least 50%
Do not turn off the scooter or close the app during the update

Open the app → Settings → Scooter Info → Firmware
Tap Check for updates and follow the instructions if available.
