Unlocking & Locking Your Scooter

Open the Augment app.

Select your paired scooter from the home screen.
​
​

Tap the “Unlock” button.
​
​

Wait a few seconds; the scooter’s lock will disengage, and lights will flash indicating it’s ready to ride.

At the end of your ride, return to your app.
​
​

Tap the “Lock” button to secure the scooter.
​
​

The scooter will beep and display lock confirmation lights.
​
​

Always lock your scooter when parking to prevent theft.
​

Confirm your phone’s Bluetooth and location services are on.
​
​

Make sure you are within range of the scooter.
​
​

Restart the app and try again.
​
​

If it still won’t unlock, contact customer support.
