Before turning on your scooter, please read the article “How to Get Started with Your Scooter” and make sure the scooter has been assembled correctly.
If Something Is Missing
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact customer support as soon as possible and include:
A photo of the outside of the package
A photo of all items received
Your order number
We will send any missing parts as soon as possible.
