Order & Delivery Information

Your scooter will be delivered safely and quickly once your subscription is activated. This guide explains timelines, tracking, and what you can expect.

Delivery Process Overview

1. Identity & Payment Verification

To activate your subscription, we may need to verify your identity and eligibility as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This helps ensure security and compliance.

Depending on your profile, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

  • Proof of identity (e.g. government-issued ID card or passport)

  • Creditworthiness check (e.g. credit score or equivalent assessment)

  • Proof of address (e.g. utility bill or official address document)

  • Proof of income or employment (e.g. recent payslip or salary statement)

2. Order Confirmation

Immediately after the KYC is passed, you’ll receive an email confirming your plan and contract details.

3. Shipping Preparation

Your scooter is inspected, packaged, and assigned a tracking number.

4. Delivery

Scooters are shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery time depends on your country:

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your shipment is on its way, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Carrier contact information

    ​Use the tracking link anytime to see live updates.

If You Miss the Delivery

Most carriers will:

  • Attempt a second delivery

  • Leave the parcel at a pickup point

  • Or request you to reschedule

    If problems occur, contact our support team — we will help coordinate with the carrier.
