Is it mandatory to pay the deductible in the event of theft?

It is not necessarily mandatory. You have two options:

  • You continue paying your subscription until the scheduled end date without receiving a replacement scooter; in this specific case, no deductible is required.

  • You pay the deductible and receive a replacement scooter and/or battery.

Important: Paying the deductible does not cancel your subscription. The deductible is only related to the theft that occurred and must be treated separately from subscription fees.

What deductible must be paid in the event of theft?

This depends on several factors.

If you did not subscribe to our theft coverage:

  • Theft of scooter + battery:
    The deductible is 450€.

  • Theft of scooter without the battery:
    The deductible is 250€.

  • Theft of battery:
    The deductible is 125€.

    The equipment is shipped as soon as the payment is made.

What if you are unable to pay the deductible immediately?

  • In this case, you can simply continue paying your subscription and pay the first deductible invoice once your account becomes solvent. We will then send the necessary replacement equipment.
