Assemble the Agaru Smart or Ultra handlebar head — video

Six-screw head assembly, cable care and checks before the first ride.

Written by Jeremy Augment

Scope: Use this guide for the Agaru Smart or Ultra handlebar/head assembly. Follow the attached video and the Agaru manual. This is not an ES210 removable-handle or Augment 360 procedure.

Prepare: Keep the scooter powered off, unplugged and stable. Check the head, stem, six supplied screws and the specified Allen key. Inspect the visible cable and connectors for damage. Do not pull on wires or force a connector.

Fit the head: Align the head with the stem as shown in the Agaru instructions, keeping the cable clear so it is not trapped or pinched. Fit the six correct screws and secure them evenly using the specified method. Do not substitute screws, force damaged threads or invent a tightening torque.

Before riding: Check that the head is secure, steering moves normally, the folding latch is locked, and brake, throttle, display and lights work. If there is looseness, damaged wiring, missing fasteners or a power fault after assembly, stop and contact support with a safe photo or video.

Battery and returns: Agaru has a built-in deck battery; do not remove it for assembly or a normal return. If packing a return requires detaching the head, follow the instructions for that exact shipment and include the head. Retain only the charger, screws or tool explicitly listed in those instructions.
